Jamaal Charles Leaves Game with Non-Contact Leg Injury

Jamaal Charles is out for the rest of the game with an apparent knee injury.

Jamaal Charles crumpled to the ground after planting his right foot to make a cut in the red zone early in the third quarter against the Bears. You can see his knee sort of buckle once he makes the plant, and then he just fell into the back of his offensive line, unable to put any weight on it. He was on the turf for a few minutes, in obvious pain, before he was helped off the field. Charles, who missed most of 2011 after tearing his left ACL and was pretty banged up last season too, has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
