SOME GERMAN RIGHT-WINGERS WANT TO SCREEN THAT ANTI-ISLAM FILM IN BERLIN

The Pro Deutschland Citizens Movement, a far-right Islamophobic group in Germany, has said its gonna screen The Innocence of Muslims in Berlin. The film is the one that has been making Muslims across the world attack Western embassies and consulates, burn American and Israeli flags and kill Westerners."For us, it's a question of art and freedom of expression," said Manfred Rouhs, the Pro Deutschland Citizens Movement's leader, to Der Spiegel.
The German government seem pretty set on stopping them doing this at any cost, and interior minister Hans-Peter has condemned the group's plan, accusing them of "recklessly pouring oil on the fire".
It is feared that. if the film was screened, it would endanger the lives of Germans inside the country and across the world – perhaps in Lebanon, where Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, has called for people to keep getting angry about the film.

Fifty-two-year-old Noel Spence and his two sons Nevin (above, right) and Graham died this weekend in a horrible farming accident. It is believed that Noel fell into a slurry tank and, when his sons tried to rescue him, they were all eventually overcome by the poisonous gases that are produced by slurry tanks. Slurry tanks hold a mixture of manure and water which is used to produce natural fertiliser for farmers' fields. Another member of the Spence family, Noel's daughter Emma, was also involved in the incident and was treated and discharge from the Royal Victoria Hospital on Sunday night. The youngest Spence, 22-year-old Nevin, played rugby player for Northern Irish side Ulster, and since the accident many people have talked about his potential. Internet

I'm not sure exactly what the relevance of this story is, but apparently there are more illegal downloads per person in Manchester than in any other UK city. The study also found that the three artists whose music was pirated most in the first half of 2012 were – in order – Ed Sheeran, Rizzle Kicks and Rihanna. I guess at least it's further evidence that people do actively seek out Ed Sheeran's music to listen to. Music

Last week, Chris Brown got a tattoo on his neck. He claimed it was a Mexican sugar skull, but it looked nothing like a Mexican sugar skull and far more like the infamous police image of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna after he beat her up. Understandably, this riled quite a few people, and at the weekend pictures appeared on the internet of his latest album Fortune in London branches of HMV, covered with homemade stickers. The stickers bore a message saying: "WARNING; DO NOT BUY THIS ALBUM! THIS MAN BEATS WOMEN".
